Each week includes:

  • 3 key runs: threshold, intervals, and long/easy (tailored to your goal distance)

  • 2 strength sessions focused on stability, joint care, and hormonal health

  • Weekly coaching feedback via TrainingPeaks

  • 30-minute Zoom group check-ins
