    CO-FOUNDER - PERSONAL TRAINER

    Meet Fiona - a passionate and experienced coach, personal trainer, Masters marathon runner and triathlete with a 20+ year track record helping people improve their fitness, confidence, and consistency, at every life stage. Level 3 PT qualified (Premier Training, 2002), with specialist certifications in 50+ fitness, pre/post-natal, Aqua, Exercise to Music, and Les Mills Body Balance. And recent foundation coaching with British Triathlon. Also a writer, editor and content consultant for fitness and wellbeing brands including Mizuno Running, FitPro, Healthily and Flo Health, plus writer for publications such as Runner's World, Women's Running., the Times and Telegraph on all things health and fitness.

    Whether I’m training beginners or high performers A, I believe in form, function, and fun—with a big focus on inclusivity and community.

    - Coached a wide range of individuals across life stages and abilities, including midlife clients, marathoners, and beginners.

    - Delivered one-to-one and group sessions across gyms, outdoors, and retreats

    - Founder of The Running Inn, an award-winning running and fitness retreat (2003–2009)

    Meet Liam - a qualified personal trainer since 2019 with a strong foundation in strength and conditioning and years of experience in Muay Thai. His background gives him a deep understanding of discipline, movement, and how to build strength that’s functional, sustainable, and tailored to your lifestyle. Whether you're new to training, coming back after time away, or ready to push yourself to the next level, Liam offers thoughtful, personalised coaching designed to help you feel stronger, move better, and train with purpose. Supportive, knowledgeable, and adaptable, he’ll meet you where you are - and help you get where you want to go.

    - Coached a wide range of clients from beginners to experienced athletes, with a focus on strength, mobility, and overall performance

    - Specialises in strength and conditioning for everyday life, athletic performance, and injury prevention

    - Extensive experience in Muay Thai and martial arts - helping clients improve fitness and confidence, whilst learning something new

    - Qualified Personal Trainer since 2019, with years of real-world coaching and training insight

    - Helps clients develop sustainable habits and build long-term strength, not just short-term results
